DISHONEST AND NOT RESPONDING WHEN THEY SERVICES WAS NOT PROPERLY DONE ! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! They Charged me over $575 for brake pads and use $75 brake pads and yet they were not placed properly but the so called * technician * ones they mess up your car , NOBADY WILL CALL YOU BACK , THEY ARE ALL GHOST AND NOBADY WILL CALL YOU BACK TO SEND YOU A CRAPY MECHANIC TO FIX THE ISSUE. DO NOT USE THEM , THEY WILL SCAM YOU ! TAKE YOUR CAR TO A REAL PLACE WITH REAL TECHNICIANS . PERIOD....

James did a fabulous job on my headlights! They literally look brand new! Super easy to book with them, just filled out their online questionnaire and they drove out to where I am which made it so convenient. He gave me some great tips to keep my headlights clear going forward, so I’m just really really pleased with this service. Thanks James! (Before and after I think speaks for itself)

Richie and Ruben came to my residence on a cold, rainy afternoon and diligently worked under the hood of my SUV to find the exact problem of my "engine light on." They never complained once about the weather conditions and were actually quite jovial and very, very professional. They were extremely grateful for my patience, since the diagnosis took over two hours and they felt superbad for me. I don't know who was more grateful: They or I! They were thorough and pleasant. I've had excellent experiences with Repair Smith and their technicians. They are a classy outfit, dependable, and trustworthy. I will continue to use their services and highly recommend them. There's no better place than at home to wait while your car is being serviced or repaired at an incredibly affordable rate. No need to fight traffic and sit in a boring waiting room while your car is being repaired. They'll come to your office, too. Absolutely brilliant whoever thought of providing this service. Thanks, Richie and Ruben. I hope to see you when the repair gets scheduled and the weather will be nicer. 😀😀

I went with Repair Smith for a couple of reasons. I needed a mobile mechanic because I didn't feel like my car should be driven. The other mobile mechanic I tried first had a two week wait for the earliest appointment. Who wants to wait two weeks to get back on the road? Repair Smith was next day. First of all, The mechanic (Ed) texted me and let me know he was on his way and when he should arrive. We spoke about the issues with my car, he took his time and diagnosed the problem and showed me what he found. He brought the right brand parts with him. And since you can't forsee everything, when there was a part he needed, he found out the price, confirmed it with me then went to the nearest auto parts store to get it. He came back, finished the job, test drove my car, received payment and was on his way. Repair Smith also gave me a list of upcoming repairs and their importance. I will recommend this service to anyone and I would use them again, even if my car can be driven. One other thing... Their prices are very reasonable.
